Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance.
• AS9100 knowledge and interpretation of customer specifications and quality engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Quality department to ensure delivery of high quality products meeting customer needs.
• Provide training and development for all employees on quality systems and processes.
• Lead audits and continuous improvement activities; ensure compliance with Quality Mgmt System.
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and customer service to meet customer demand.
• Communicate effectively with internal/external customers and provide visibility of quality issues.
