Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical, engineering or business is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in aerospace industry in a quality assurance manager role.
• Extensive knowledge of Lean, Six-Sigma and other continuous improvement theories and tools.
• Experience with internal and external quality audits and maintaining procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and third-party requirements.
• Lead quality initiatives to improve product and supplier quality.
• Manage and mentor the QA team and oversee audits.
• Maintain and manage AQS 7004, CP and NDT certifications.
