Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a quality inspector to join the Repair Operations division on a weekend shift (Friday–Sunday, 5:00am–5:30pm) onsite in North Berwick, ME. You will inspect parts per procedures, use precision instruments, and determine repair paths, ensuring compliance with DT/ASL and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Inspection experience (Non-Aerospace acceptable).
• Familiar with precision measuring equipment.
• Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Computer skills.
• Basic Shop Math.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts, tools and gauges using inspection procedures and data.
• Use fixed and variable measuring instruments to check dimensions and record results.
• Determine nonconformance and complete paperwork.
• Follow procedures to verify dimensions and ensure Work Instructions are followed.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain Inspection stamp.
• Review customer parts and determine repair path.
• Work with Legacy, Military, and GTF parts.
