RTX in US Middletown, PA is seeking a quality inspector for a 3rd shift onsite role. You will visually inspect products, perform OpCert audits, and use precision measuring tools in a NAS410 environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and U.S. citizenship, with benefits including comprehensive medical and retirement options. Training culminates in an inspection certificate and adherence to EH&S guidelines.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects product and segregates nonconforming material and perform Solumina required job audits for Op Cert surveillance
• May require occasional weekend work to support production schedule.
• Perform OpCert over-inspects, as required.
• Detailed inspection cert is required at the conclusion of training.
• Adhere to all EH&S guidelines, including wearing of required personal protective equipment
• Basic understanding of print tolerances including ability to interpret some GD&T, working knowledge of Op Cert functionsand proficiency using precision measuring equipment
• Meet vision requirements of NAS410 or internal equivalent
