Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and Engineering drawings.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Working knowledge of GD&T.
• Experience performing dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gage blocks.
• Proficient with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently, but as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform Quality Control inspections & testing per work instructions in an Aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Retrieve and interpret technical documents.
• Interpret documents and develop inspection work instructions.
• Complete documentation and enter data into ERP; create inspection reports as needed.
• Communicate technical requirements to shop personnel.
• Assign traceability to incoming raw material, quarantine, and scrap components.
• Prioritize workflow; maintain measuring equipment.
• Contribute to team effort and meet related results.
