Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to perform thorough visual and dimensional inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specs.

You will use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and optical comparators, document results, and report non-conformances for corrective action. Collaboration with production and design teams will drive quality improvements across processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product inspection within aerospace manufacturing.
• Expertise with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and optical comparators.
• Strong knowledge of inspection methods, standards, and documentation.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, and specs precisely.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and inspection software.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections per drawings and specs.
• Record results and report non-conformances to enable corrective action.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve issues.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure accuracy.
