RBC Bearings Incorporated is seeking an Inspector II to join Sargent Legacy operations in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on in-process and final inspections, dimensional checks, and adherence to AS9102 first article requirements. You will train teammates and collaborate across teams to ensure safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 4+ years of manufacturing inspection experience, and proficiency with calipers, micrometers and related tools. U.S.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong math, measurement, and reading comprehension skills.
• Experience in ISO9001/AS9100 manufacturing environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to make decisions and work with others as a team.

Responsabilités

• Inspect and report on materials, processes and products to meet quality standards.
• Perform in-process and final inspections for machine shop and production product.
• Conduct receiving inspection on incoming product.
• Interpret drawings, certifications, and military/industry specs.
• Create and complete first articles to AS9102.
• Train and mentor less experienced inspectors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
