Qualifications

• Six-plus years of quality inspection experience in regulated industries.
• IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 certifications are required.
• Experience inspecting PCBAs, electrical assemblies and harnesses.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed receiving, in-process, and final inspections of PCBAs, wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electrical hardware to IPC Class 3 standards.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and documentation to verify product compliance.
• Verify supplier end-item data packages including CoCs, BOMs, electrical test reports, traceability records, X-rays, and manufacturing documentation.
• Navigate MES to execute inspections, document results, and generate nonconformance reports.
• Document nonconformances with written descriptions and photographic evidence.
• Segregate suspect material and initiate supplier corrective action requests as required.
• Maintain inspection records and full material traceability per AS9100 and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Logistics to resolve quality discrepancies.
• Participate in daily production planning meetings to coordinate inspection priorities.
• Support internal, customer, and external audits.
• Maintain calibrated inspection tools and processes; travel to supplier facilities as needed.
