Job summary

Pall Corporation is seeking a Quality Inspector II for its Pall Aerospace QA team in New Port Richey, FL. The role focuses on final dimensional and visual inspections, through to in-process checks, using CMMs and precision instruments to ensure compliance with drawings and customer requirements.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of aerospace/military/machining inspection experience in an ISO9001/AS9100 environment, with SAP and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with at least two years' inspection experience in Aerospace, Military, or Machining Manufacturing in an ISO9001 / AS9100 environment.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering part drawings and blue-prints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an ERP system such as SAP; skilled with precision instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform final dimensional and visual inspections for all value streams and Receiving Inspection.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure drawings, documentation and customer requirements are met; inspect complex parts with tight tolerances using precision equipment.
• Participate in Quality Problem Resolution, write nonconformances, and assist with Corrective Actions with the Quality Engineer.
