Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a skilled Inspector II in Stuart, FL to join our quality team. You will perform detailed inspections of parts and assemblies, interpret engineering drawings, and collaborate with production and engineering to ensure products meet stringent quality standards before shipment.

The role requires ITAR/EAR compliance, English proficiency, and at least 3 years in quality control. Onsite schedule is Mon–Fri, with typical evening hours and a 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of quality control experience.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to comply with ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products using inspection gauges, scales, and visual inspection prior to shipment.
• Perform complex geometric layout inspection using variable gauges and relative mathematics.
• Prepare and submit first article inspections to customer requirements.
• Verify certifications and testing of incoming raw materials.
• Act as Designated Quality Representative for various customers to release products for shipment.
• Examine materials or products for surface defects such as cracks and pits.
• Ensure dimensional compliance with drawings and customer requirements.
• Interpret engineering drawings and confer with management or engineering staff on standards.
• Perform in-process inspection and testing throughout manufacturing to ensure compliance.
