Job summary

AST SpaceMobile is seeking a Quality Inspector II – Composites Integration to inspect advanced composite structures, bonded assemblies, and avionics hardware used in satellite manufacturing. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and AS9100 standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of quality inspection experience in aerospace or related high-reliability industry.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specs.
• Experience inspecting composite and mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed in-process inspections of composite structures and satellite hardware.
• Verify compliance to drawings, models, specs, and work instructions.
• Inspect joints, inserts, fasteners, and structural assemblies for conformance.
