Job summary

You will use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and GD&T to verify dimensions and geometry, document findings, and support corrective actions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of aerospace inspection experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years aerospace inspection experience.
• Hands-on inspection of aerospace parts and assemblies.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace quality systems.
• Proficient in GD&T application in inspection.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed mechanical inspection of aerospace parts and assemblies.
• Verify components meet dimensional, geometric, and visual requirements.
• Apply GD&T principles during inspections.
• Document inspection findings and deviations.
• Calibrate and maintain measurement tools.
• Communicate inspection results clearly to teams.
