Job summary

Trigo is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform aerospace dimensional inspections, final and in-process checks, and FAI duties per AS9102. The role requires GD&T proficiency, blueprint interpretation, and hands-on use of inspection tools in a high-standard environment.

Responsibilities include data verification, inspection documentation, and supporting corrective actions while collaborating with the Quality Operations team under general supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components.
• Experience with FAI’s – AS9102.
• Hand measurement tools proficiency.
• Knowledge of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
• Ability to read and interpret quality policies and documentation.
• Proficient with MS Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional, visual, and receiving inspections of aerospace parts.
• Execute FAI activities according to AS9102 standards.
• Interpret blueprints and engineering documentation for inspection.
• Utilize hand tools and conduct conventional inspection per engineering requirements.
• Support corrective actions and root-cause analysis.
