Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform in-process, final and FAI inspections of aerospace components under general supervision. You will use hand tools, GD&T knowledge, and interpret blueprints to ensure conformance and document results.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work with quality data, with standard hours Monday–Friday and potential overtime. Valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components.
• Experience performing FAI’s – AS9102.
• Experience with hand measurement tools.
• Proficient with MS Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with hand measurement gauges, conduct conventional inspection to engineering requirements.
• Knowledge and experience in GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• Knowledge and experience with blueprint interpretation.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, final and FAI inspections per procedures.
• Conduct dimensional, visual, surface finish and assembly inspections.
• Read and interpret quality policies, procedures, blueprints, and documentation.
• Operate with hand tools and measure using conventional gauges.
• Support corrective actions and root-cause analysis.
• Handle quality data verification and documentation.
• Maintain and organize inspection records.
• Work under general supervision in quality operations.
