Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform visual inspections, in-process and final checks on aerospace machined components, with familiarity of AS9102 FAI and GD&T principles. The role requires hands-on use of hand tools, CMM knowledge, and accurate data verification under general supervision within Quality Operations.

Qualifications

• Experienced quality individual in dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components.
• Experience in performing FAI’s – AS9102.
• Experience with hand measurement tools.
• MS Outlook, and EXCEL experience
• Experience with hand measurement gages, conduct conventional inspection to engineering requirements
• Knowledge and experience in GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
• Knowledge and experience with blueprint interpretation
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Experienced quality individual in dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components
• Perform FAI inspections – AS9102 according to procedures
• Use hand measurement tools and gages to verify specifications
• Read and interpret quality policies, blueprints, and documentation
• Process warehouse materials and support corrective actions as needed
• Assist in test data verification and data integrity tasks
• Other duties as assigned by management
