Job summary

TAT Technologies Ltd. seeks a detail-oriented Quality & Dye Penetrant Inspector to support aerospace repair and overhaul operations. You will perform dimensional, visual, and non-destructive inspections, including FPI/Dye Penetrant, and document results to ensure compliance with FAA, OEM, and company quality standards.

Hours are 6:30am-3:00pm with weekend and overtime flexibility. Join a Center of Excellence in Tulsa focused on heat transfer manufacturing and OEM solutions for global customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years quality inspection experience in aerospace, manufacturing, MRO, or FAA Part 145.
• Experience performing dye penetrant or fluorescent penetrant inspections.
• NAS 410, ASNT, or equivalent NDT cert in PT preferred.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specs, and manuals.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems.
• Experience with ERP and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of inspection techniques and QC practices.
• Proficiency with precision measuring/testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and repairs.
• Conduct FPI/DPI inspections per procedures and standards.
• Verify conformance to drawings, specs and customer requirements.
• Interpret engineering drawings and inspection criteria.
• Record inspections and certifications accurately.
• Maintain calibration and inspection equipment.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, OEM, and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety and environmental requirements.
