Job summary

Fiber Pad, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector in Tulsa to ensure products meet stringent quality standards throughout production. You will inspect in‑process and finished parts, read blueprints, and verify conformance to drawings and AS9102 guidelines.

Work closely with the Quality Manager and production teams to drive improvements. The role requires at least 1 year in a manufacturing QC/QA setting, attention to detail, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in quality control/assurance in manufacturing.
• Read blueprints and interpret measurements accurately.
• Read GD&T prints and perform manual measurements.
• Knowledge of AS9100/AS9102 and FAI paperwork is preferred.
• Proficiency with calipers and measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with teams and maintain safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine in‑process and final inspections against drawings.
• Verify part to print accuracy for shipping and receiving.
• Complete First Article Inspections and relevant paperwork.
• Read complex blueprints and assess dimensions and tolerances.
• Maintain AS9102 quality systems and document nonconformances.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes.
• Provide training on quality standards to staff as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep the workspace organized.
