Job summary

Techneeds LLC is seeking a Quality Inspector to support aerospace and defense manufacturing in Exeter, NH. You will perform dimensional and visual inspections on parts used in land vehicles, aircraft, and space systems, ensuring conformance to GD&T and blueprints.

You will review CoC, CoA, and FAIR documentation, and work closely with production teams to identify and report defects, write DMRs, and coordinate RTV activities in a fast-paced 2nd shift (3 pm–12 am) on a 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical/dimensional inspection experience.
• Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills.
• Experience reviewing CoC, CoA and FAIR documentation.
• Able to write DMRs and coordinate RTV processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and measure parts using precision tools.
• Ensure products meet quality standards through dimensional and visual inspections.
• Review CoC, CoA, and FAIR documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate Return to Vendor (RTV) processes when defects are found.
