Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies, located in Exeter, New Hampshire, seeks a Quality Control Inspector II to ensure the production of top-quality products. The role involves inspecting parts during production, communicating errors, and recording test data while supporting mechanical and visual inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of basic GD&T (blueprint reading).
• Mechanical/dimensional inspection of diverse product lines.
• Review/audit of required documentation: CoC, CoA, FAIR.
• Write DMRs (Defective Material Reports) as needed.
• Use measuring and monitoring equipment like calipers and height gauges.
• Coordinate with Material Review Board and Quality Engineering as needed.
• Review COCs, Purchase Orders, and Test documents for accuracy.
• Inspect parts during production and communicate errors.
