Job summary

RH Aero Systems is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to drive product and process quality improvements across aerospace and regulated manufacturing environments. You will lead structured problem solving, perform CAPA, and partner with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to ensure products meet specifications.

You will apply Six Sigma, DMAIC, DIVE, Shainin and other methodologies to reduce nonconformances and improve customer satisfaction, while supporting QMS and quality systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–10 years of quality engineering experience in regulated environments like aerospace.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving activities using Six Sigma, DMAIC, and other quality methodologies.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA for quality issues.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify process improvements and defect reductions.
• Support QMS implementation and compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements.
