Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Familiarity with aerospace industry and passion for space technology.
• Excellent communication skills, organized, attention to detail, and self-starter.
• U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as refugee or asylum holder.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, maintain, and enforce quality system processes supporting development and production.
• Measure, analyze, and improve quality system performance aligned with quality goals.
• Review and approve manufacturing build documents and nonconformance records.
• Conduct periodic audits of the quality system per AS9100.
• Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements for quality and manufacturability.
• Provide QA domain expertise to inspection, manufacturing, and test teams.
