Job summary

Radius Aerospace in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Quality Manager and ensure quality across internal and external audits. You will manage QMS per AS9100, oversee MRB dispositions, and coordinate with suppliers and customers on quality requirements.

The role involves reviewing FAIRs, reading engineering drawings, and maintaining NADCAP approvals in a fast-paced aerospace environment. A technical degree and AS9100/NADCAP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
• Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 and NADCAP.
• Experience with aerospace quality systems and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Train and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) per AS9100.
• Perform hands-on product quality control and maintain Quality Metrics Database.
• Review MRB dispositions for incoming and WIP materials.
• Maintain NADCAP process approvals and coordinate customer quality requirements.
• Lead internal and supplier audits and support RCCA activities.
• Review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) and interpret drawings.
