Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings and customer requirements to establish quality standards.
• Ensure AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Develop and improve quality processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Support QT9 QMS rollout and optimization.
• Maintain documentation, traceability, and certification records (CofCs, MTRs, special process certs, FAI documentation).
• Prepare for First Article Inspections (FAI), source inspections, audits, and surveillance activities.
• Review inspection data and validate GD&T compliance.
• Oversee inspection standards and support inspection personnel via quality planning and system oversight.
• Manage inspection hold points and ensure documentation before shipment.
• Lead RCA and drive CAPA/NCR/SCAR; resolve non-conformances.
• Identify gaps in receiving, in-process, final inspection and implement improvements.
• Support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits (ISO and customer); coordinate with customers and inspectors.
• Own quality KPIs and reporting in systems like Monday.com and QT9.
• Collaborate with engineering and program management on quality planning for new projects.
