Job summary

Accurus is seeking a Quality Engineer to implement and maintain quality assurance processes across processing operations. The role involves audits, continuous improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, at least three years in QA/QC, and strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, NADCAP, with Six Sigma/ DMAIC expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field required.
• Three years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, NADCAP).
• Internal audit and ISO/audit experience required (AS9100 preferred).
• Proficiency in root cause analysis, statistical methods, and problem-solving methodologies (Six Sigma, DMAIC).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure regulatory and quality standards.
• Conduct audits and inspections of equipment, materials, and procedures for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement CAPAs.
• Analyze processing data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide technical quality guidance to production and educate staff on QA principles.
