Job summary

Chromalloy Corporation is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive quality improvements in turbine engine component manufacturing and maintenance. You will support quality system compliance, perform analyses, and deliver metrics to related teams.

The role emphasizes RCCA and DMAIC problem solving, with collaboration across production, development, and suppliers to ensure timely, compliant outcomes and strong customer service on quality matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, aerospace, or related) is required.
• 3+ years of work experience as a quality engineer or equivalent, aerospace experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RCCA and problem solving tools; demonstrated facilitation skills.
• Advanced organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills per DMAIC.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to promote a strong quality culture across the organization.
• Complete internal and external audits of the quality management system and suppliers.
• Provide quality, technical, and interpretation support to internal/external customers.
• Collaborate with production and development teams to maintain product supply.
