Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 7+ years relevant work experience in quality engineering, aerospace preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RCCA and problem solving tools.
• DMAIC-based problem solving and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external customers.
• High attention to detail for documentation and product activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to promote a strong quality culture across the organization.
• Complete internal and external audits of the quality management system and supplier processes.
• Provide quality, technical, and interpretation support to customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with production and development teams to maintain product supply and support new product introductions.
• Develop and implement robust corrective actions to reduce rework and prevent customer escapes.
• Maintain site accreditations and ensure business continuity.
