Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive quality initiatives in manufacturing and maintenance of turbine engine components. The role focuses on evaluating quality systems, performing analyses, and supporting customers and suppliers with technical interpretation.

You will lead audits, sustain certifications, and collaborate with production teams to ensure reliable supply while improving metrics and compliance. A strong DMAIC background and RCCA experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 3–6 years of quality engineering experience, aerospace preferred.
• Knowledge of RCCA and DMAIC.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and promote a strong quality culture across the organization.
• Complete and assist with internal and external audits of the QMS, processes, suppliers, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide quality, technical, and interpretation support to customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with production and development teams to maintain product supply and introduce new products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with timely responsiveness and full compliance.
• Continuously improve the QMS with documentation, procedures, and systems.
• Support quality metric improvement to meet site goals and maintain accreditations.
