Qualifications

• U.S. Person status required due to export control.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent aerospace experience.
• 1–2 years of AS9100 experience required.
• Capability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Must be organized, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• ASQ Body of Knowledge certification preferred.
• AS9000/AS9100 auditing experience preferred.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inspection tools and Romer-arm / CMM preferred.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Reviews design plans, procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand requirements and function.
• Ensures products meet quality and product integrity requirements.
• Identifies root causes of production problems and implements corrective measures.
• Analyzes data to identify trends in quality and prevent recurrence.
• Interfaces with customers for quality activities.
• Supports customer or industry quality audits and internal audits.
• Updates procedures and work instructions to ensure customer compliance.
• Conducts process and product audits for quality compliance.
• Participates in design reviews and IPT support.
• Creates inspection plans and methods for manufacturing operations.
• Trains personnel in procedures and process improvements.
• Leads team-based corrective actions and continuous improvement.
