Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Person status required due to export control.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related aerospace field.
• 1–2 years AS9100 experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
• Organized, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Team-oriented and deadline-driven approach.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Familiarity with inspection tools and CMM/Romer-arm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review design plans, procedures, test methods, and manuals to understand requirements.
• Ensure products meet quality and integrity requirements for customers.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions in production.
• Analyze data to identify trends and prevent recurrence of defects.
• Interface with customers for quality-related activities.
• Support audits and certifications and internal/customer audits.
• Maintain procedures and work instructions to meet customer needs.
• Conduct process and product audits to verify quality compliance.
• Participate in design reviews and IPT support as required.
• Create inspection plans and methods for manufacturing operations.
• Train personnel on procedures and process improvements.
• Lead team-based corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts.
• Participate in internal training and possibly MRB cage management.
