Job summary

Valcor Engineering, based in New Jersey, is seeking a Quality Specialist to compile and maintain quality documentation and customer data packages. You will work with QA, Manufacturing, Planning, Shipping, and Customer Service to ensure documentation accuracy and on-time deliveries.

You will review data packages, coordinate audits, and sign off CofC and travelers while supporting QA engineers and cross-functional teams in a regulated aerospace environment.

Qualifications

Compile and maintain quality documentation packages.
Review data packages for completeness and revision-level accuracy.
Coordinate and witness customer/DCMA visits per quality plans.

Responsibilities

Compile data packages and certificates per customer requirements.
Review data packages for completeness and revision accuracy.
Coordinate customer/DCMA visits per quality plans and PO requirements.
Sign off on traveler, data package, and CofC when complete.
Assist with RMA documentation and warranty status review.
