Qualifications

• 4 year technical degree or equivalent; Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 4-8 years experience in Quality Assurance in Aerospace, Defense, or Nuclear Power environments.
• Must be mobile and able to communicate with plant personnel at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys) and implement corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to investigate and eliminate quality problems.
• Interface with customers to provide quality experience.
• Conduct audits to ensure regulatory, customer, and internal compliance.
• Review customer blueprints, specs, and quality documents including POs.
• Collaborate with Product and Manufacturing to address design, methods, tooling, and costs.
