Job summary

Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment's Quality & Mission Success team as a Delivery & Sustainment Quality Representative Sr for Hill Air Force Base's OO-ALC. Implement QA plans with LM Aero and OO-ALC personnel, and work directly with OO-ALC artisans to interpret LM specifications.

This role involves reviewing work for OO-ALC, performing periodic QA surveillance, and training on QA nonconformance systems.

Qualifications

1+ years of Aircraft Maintenance experience.
Ability to use common inspection tools.
Ability to use common precision measurement hand tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical data and drawings.

Responsibilities

Implement Quality Assurance plans, policies, and surveillance schedules with LM Aero and OO-ALC personnel.
Work directly with OO-ALC artisans for interpretation of LM specifications and processes.
Reviewing, Delegating, and/or Performing acceptance for work performed by OO-ALC.
Perform periodic surveillances of Quality Processes (Ground operations, FOD and Tool Control, Nonconforming material, Safety, calibration).
Train and execute QA nonconformance systems (QADs, SQARs, ALIS, LIST) for NC documentation and resolution.
Coordinate with MUO Tooling team for tool trial runs and process compliance.
Participate in verifications/validation of Time Compliance Technical Directives (TCTDs).
Use RCCA techniques to improve OO-ALC and LM Aero Quality performance.
Coordinate with Q-MS Site Leader and LM Site Leadership on quality issues.
