Job summary

You will drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.

This role emphasizes root cause analysis, First Article Inspection reporting, and 5S housekeeping, with opportunities for professional growth and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and/or issue resolution in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to support remotely outside of working hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process nonconformance documentation and evaluations to restore product conformity.
• Review production planning for accuracy to ensure quality data is captured.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Write, issue, and review First Article Inspection (FAI) reports per applicable standards.
• Lead planning reviews to ensure inspection needs are addressed.
• Carry out 5S walkdowns to maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other quality-related tasks.
