Job summary

Executives Network is seeking a experienced professional to serve as a pivotal link between major North American aerospace customers and multiple divisions across the organization. You will translate customer expectations into actions, track performance metrics, and drive cross-functional initiatives to keep production and quality on track.

You will work with quality leaders, site leaders, operations teams and executives to move from problem identification to concrete corrective plans,

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with Boeing is essential.
• Ability to translate customer expectations into cross-organizational action.
• Proven track record in improving supplier performance, quality and program execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key connection point between major aerospace customers and internal divisions.
• Track customer performance measures and translate them into operational stories.
• Identify root causes and drive corrective actions across teams and sites.
• Prepare teams for customer reviews, audits and production-readiness discussions.
• Develop standardized tools and reporting while accommodating different customers and programs.
