Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Quality and/or Regulatory experience within the Aerospace, Defense or Automotive industries.
• 3+ years of experience in a Management or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems & AS9100 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors.
• Develop and maintain quality control standards.
• Collect and statistically analyze data for decision-making.
