Job summary

Redwire Space, a leader in aerospace innovation, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager at our Littleton, CO facility. You will join the Quality Assurance leadership team and oversee the AS9100 quality management system across multiple sites, ensuring reliability, safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a technical engineering background with 8+ years in aerospace quality, AS9100 expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Engineering/Science) required.
• AS9100 knowledge and certification experience strongly preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 10% to other Redwire locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead AS9100 quality management system across multiple sites.
• Collect, analyze and summarize data from non-conformances with cross-functional support.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Plan, organize and report supplier quality activities to ensure contract requirements.
• Prepare reports and metrics for annual Management Reviews.
• Coach quality personnel and cross-functional teams in a leadership capacity.
• Support travel to Redwire locations up to 10%.
