Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Quality Manager for a premier aerospace distributor based in Santa Clarita, CA. The role combines on-site warehouse leadership with quality control to ensure AS9100 compliance and precise documentation.

The ideal candidate will lead a small team, manage inventory accuracy, oversee inspections (FAI), audits, and documentation packages. Strong ERP experience and aerospace/defense background are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Warehouse Manager, Quality Manager, Quality Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
• AS9100 experience is required.
• Experience within aerospace and defense manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Experience performing or overseeing First Article Inspection (FAI) activities.
• Experience using and interpreting measurements from calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, bore gauges, etc.
• Experience utilizing ERP systems for inventory and operational management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff; oversee order accuracy and documentation before shipment.
• Oversee inventory control activities and ERP system data integrity.
• Monitor workflows and address issues impacting deliveries or compliance.
• Maintain AS9100 quality management compliance; participate in audits.
• Perform or oversee receiving inspections and First Article Inspections (FAI); review related quality docs.
