Job summary

Redwire Space Missions, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager at our Littleton, CO facility. You will lead the QA leadership team and manage AS9100 quality management across multiple sites, ensuring reliability, safety, and quality of systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required.
• 8+ years Aerospace or Space industry experience in a quality-related function.
• Engineering/Science degree acceptable as substitute.
• AS9100 knowledge and leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to other Redwire locations.

Responsibilities

• Aligning quality management system and standards across sites to develop a strong quality culture.
• Collect, analyze and summarize data from non-conformance investigations with cross-functional support.
• Conduct root cause analysis.
• Identify and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and documents for Management Reviews with meaningful metrics.
• Lead and coach quality personnel and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee supplier quality activities to meet contract/purchase order requirements.
