Job summary

PacSci EMC is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to provide customer- and program-focused quality leadership across aerospace programs. You will own quality issues from customers through manufacturing and supplier base, and serve as the main quality interface with customers and prime contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
• Three or more years of hands-on Quality Engineering experience; five or more years preferred.
• Aerospace and defense quality experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own quality performance for assigned customer and program portfolios and serve as primary quality interface with customers and prime contractors.
• Review proposals, SOWs, and requirements to ensure alignment with design, quality, and contractual commitments.
• Lead root cause investigation and CAPA using structured methods (5 Why, 8D, etc.).
• Support manufacturing process validation, control plans, inspection instructions, and quality-system documentation.
• Analyze production and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Communicate risks and status in customer and program reviews as quality voice.
