Job summary

PacSci EMC, a Ralliant operating company, seeks a Program Manager to own a broad portfolio of mature aerospace and defense programs, serving as the primary external customer-facing leader. You will drive execution, financial performance, bookings, and cross-functional recovery actions with operations involvement on the factory floor.

Responsibilities include managing multiple complex programs, communicating with customers, and guiding recovery plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Program Management experience preferred; exceptional candidates with ~3 years may be considered.
• Experience directly managing external customers and high-visibility relationships.
• Experience managing multiple complex programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of ETC/EAC, forecasting, margins, and program financial performance.
• Experience supporting proposals, pricing activities, contracts, and negotiations.
• Lean/Six Sigma principles familiarity; not required to be certified.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree; Business or Engineering preferred; aerospace/defense experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution for a broad portfolio of mature/production aerospace and defense programs.
• Serve as the primary external customer-facing representative for PacSci EMC.
• Manage multiple complex programs, balancing customer priorities, schedules, and financials.
• Maintain frequent customer communication and lead recovery actions when needed.
• Own program financial performance, ETC, EAC, forecasting, and margins with finance support.
• Prepare and present program reviews, customer updates, and executive-level presentations.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority to drive accountability and results.
• Travel up to ~25% for customer visits and supplier support; onsite presence on the factory floor.
