L3Harris is seeking a Specialist, Quality Analyst to join our team in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on quality documentation, data analysis, and audit management, including developing and approving hardware documentation packages and supporting AS9100 compliance.

The candidate will conduct internal and external audits, develop reports and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process visibility and adherence to internal standards. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of related experience; OR Graduate Degree and 2 years of related experience; OR 8 years of quality, auditing, or related experience.
• Working experience auditing to AS9100 standards.
• Experience with Quality Management System auditing in the aerospace industry.

Responsabilités

• Review hardware and quality documentation for compliance with POs, drawings, specs, manufacturing and contractual requirements.
• Plan, conduct, and lead internal QMS audits for AS9100 and internal L3Harris requirements.
• Coordinate enterprise, customer, government, and third-party audits, including scheduling, logistics, preparation, support, and corrective action closure.
• Lead development and maintenance of the site Layered Process Audit system and partner with area owners to embed quality into daily workflows.
• Facilitate corrective action development and closure with process owners, including root cause analysis, implementation, and effectiveness verification.
