L3Harris Technologies, Inc. seeks a Specialist, Quality Engineer to design, implement and monitor quality methods for inspecting and testing products in Camden, AR. You will drive PFMEA activities, lead corrective actions and ensure compliance with AS9102 and program quality requirements.

The role interfaces with manufacturing, engineering and suppliers to maintain quality records and support hardware selloff with thorough data packages and HAR alignment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with minimum 4 years of relevant experience; higher degrees acceptable.
• AS9102 First Article Inspection experience and PFMEA leadership preferred.
• Experience with quality systems and supplier corrective actions.

Mansioni

• Lead PFMEA activities and drive corrective actions.
• Review design and process documents to ensure quality requirements.
• Interface with manufacturing, engineering, customers and suppliers on quality matters.
• Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Prepare Acceptance Data Packages and support HAR activities.
