Job summary

PacAero is seeking a Level I QC Technician to perform dimensional and visual inspections on machined components and assemblies. You will work with calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and vision systems to verify conformance to GD&T and customer requirements, while documenting results and maintaining quality records.

The role supports a day shift schedule and requires adherence to safety policies, with opportunities to gain experience across receiving, in-process, and final inspections.

Qualifications

• Basic GD&T knowledge and inspection methods.
• Ability to operate inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gages.
• Attention to safety, accuracy, and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, receiving, and final dimensional/visual inspections.
• Record measurement results on inspection reports.
• Inspect incoming materials and pre-plate housings.
• Communicate inspection results to machinists and leads.
• Follow safety policies and company procedures.
