Job summary

Senior plc is seeking an Inspector to perform inspection of machined parts, assemblies and installations. The role requires attention to precision tolerances and proper documentation of inspection data.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma/GED and 3–5 years in inspection, with experience using calipers, micrometers and gauges. This is a Monday–Friday, 2nd shift, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3–5 years related inspection experience.
• Experience inspecting machined parts, assemblies, and final products.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection layout and first article inspection on machined parts, forgings, stampings, and sheet metal forms.
• Inspect all types of assemblies, sub-assemblies, final assemblies and installations.
• Record inspection data and complete acceptance test procedures.
• Re-inspect rework to meet requirements.
• Set up and operate precision measuring instruments and gauges.
