The position is full-time, on-site in Fairhope, offering competitive benefits and a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• FAA Repairman Certificate or A&P eligibility required; safety sensitive role.

Responsibilities

• Trains, coaches, and develops inspectors to ensure procedures are followed.
• Performs daily inspection requirements to support production schedule.
• Leads or participates in continuous improvement projects to reduce errors and costs.
• Completes inspections using approved technical data and dimensional tools.
• Examines materials for defects and ensures correct configuration.
• Uses precision measuring tools to complete inspections and record results.
• Maintains inspection records and ensures quality documentation.
• Participates in internal and external audits and CAR/MCR follow-up.
