Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a quality assurance professional to perform source inspections at supplier sites to validate product conformity and to implement containment actions protecting production flow.

You will ensure traceability of non-conformances, identify risks early, and coordinate QA materials such as SQM, Auditing, and PMA. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a technical field and proficiency in data compilation, reporting in Word/PowerPoint/Excel, and training delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical field (technology, documentation, technical writing, website development)
• Six Sigma Belt preferred
• Proficient in data compilation and program tracking
• Proficient in reporting with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Proficient in organization and delivery of training and presentation methods
• Proficient in policy / procedure writing methods, including maintenance of any project
• Proficient in Benchmarking and documentation mapping
• Proficient in regulatory Quality Systems (TCCA, FAA) and Quality Assurance interpretation methodology and techniques

Responsibilities

• Perform source inspections at supplier sites to validate product conformity
• Implement and validate containment actions to protect production flow
• Ensure proper traceability and documentation of non-conformances
• Identify potential risks early and elevate quality concerns proactively
• Support rapid decision-making to minimize operational disruptions
• Training and coordination of QA related materials (SQM, Auditing, PMA)
• Perform other QA related activities (project related activity, Monthly Reports)
• Office, etc)
• Proficient in data compilation and program tracking
• Proficient in reporting with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Proficient in organization and delivery of training and presentation methods / and related skills
• Proficient in policy / procedure writing methods, including maintenance of any project
• Proficient in Benchmarking and documentation mapping
• Proficient in regulatory Quality Systems (TCCA, FAA) and Quality Assurance interpretation methodology and techniques
• Six Sigma Belt preferred
