Albany Engineered Composites (AEC) is seeking an Inspector III in Salt Lake City to inspect finished aerospace components. You will use engineering drawings, perform visual and measurement tests, and document results to assure compliance with specs and standards.

The role includes re-work verification, log maintenance, and adherence to safety and QA processes. Candidates should have a high school diploma, good manual dexterity, and the ability to read English and understand GD&T.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read and write English and perform basic math.
• Able to interpret geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing drawings.
• Able to stand, bend, lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive motion.
• DoD contractor requirement: US Persons.

Responsabilités

• Inspect and approve finished products by confirming specifications and using drawings.
• Perform visual and measurement tests and document results.
• Return items for re-work and verify re-work completion.
• Maintain inspection logs and write inspection reports.
• Follow safety standards and QA procedures.
