AlbanyEngineered Composites (AEC) is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our defense and aerospace fabrication team in Utah. You will inspect finished parts against engineering drawings, report nonconformances, and support in-process inspections to maintain high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate has high school diploma, good manual dexterity, ability to read English, and experience with GD&T basics.

Qualifications

• Reasonably good manual dexterity.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach and lift 40 lbs. minimum repetitively.
• Must be able to withstand repetitive contact with water and moisture.
• High school graduate (or equivalent).
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to understand Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
• Ability to understand basic mathematical methods.

Responsabilités

• Inspect finished products by confirming specifications and drawings.
• Perform receiving and in-process inspections and re-works as needed.
• Describe nonconformance and assist in causes and resolutions.
• Maintain inspection logs and write inspection reports.
