Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specs and data.
• Familiarity with materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, composites.
• Strong analytical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and basic software tools.
• Read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
• Diverse tooling background.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fixture design and fabrication for test articles and prototyping.
• Build complex assemblies for prototyping, testing and customer viewings.
• Minimize downtime and take ownership of work content and performance.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Review regulatory requirements and ensure FAA compliance.
• Follow proper paperwork and documentation procedures.
• Work with Engineering to resolve design discrepancies.
• Work across multiple projects in a flexible environment.
