Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Propulsion Technician for RAPTOR CHAMBER & NOZZLE, Level 4/5, on a 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 2:00 AM). You will assemble and test rocket hardware, read drawings, and operate welding and forming equipment in a dynamic, safety‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 6+ years of experience in production, mechanical, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble main combustion chamber assemblies for welding and brazing.
• Follow procedures, specifications, and test instructions.
• Operate DAVI roll former and automated TIG welding machine.
• Read technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions.
• Use precision tools like torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers.
• Troubleshoot engines and propulsion cell systems.
• Stage, install, test and de-tool thrust chamber assemblies.
